Archive 2024-2025

Domestic Graduate students must be enrolled in six (6) or more hours, three (3 or more for Summer), with at least 50% face-to-face, to be eligible to purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan coverage.
 
Domestic Undergraduate students must be enrolled in nine (9) or more hours, three (3 or more for Summer), with at least 50% face-to-face, to be eligible to purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan coverage.

Students in the last semester of their degree program who fall below the above credit hour requirement and were enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan the previous semester are eligible to enroll for their last semester.
 
Students who purchase Spring/Summer coverage in the spring semester must meet the above eligibility requirements for Spring only.
 

Students who are not F or J visa who would like to purchase the sports rider must also be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan through Texas State. This coverage provides up to $10,000 per injury with no deductible or co-pay. Please confirm with your athletic trainer if you have any questions on whether this coverage is appropriate.
